Conductive Brushtail Possum Gloves
$29.95Weight 1.3 oz (36 g)Excellent! I have the worst circulation and have tried literally every glove and mitten on the market. My hands and fingertips freeze within a few minutes of being in the cold wether it's mild or below zero. These gloves keep my fingertips warm! I do not have to wear anything else.
Winter weather can be harsh, but when the digits drop yours don’t have to feel the chill. Made from a combination of New Zealand's brushtail possum fur, and New Zealand Merino lamb's wool, these Brushtail Possum gloves provide plenty of warmth when you need it most.
Featuring conductive ends on both the index finger and thumb, these gloves will allow you to use your smartphone and other touch screen devices without having to remove them.
These gloves are a great companion to the Brushtail Possum Socks, and can be used as a liner under our Vertice Rain Mitts
*Gloves are non-returnable if they have been removed from the packaging.Umbrella Holster
$5.95Weight 0.21 oz (6 g)This item has saved many a hike through scorching temperatures and inclement weather. Great product. Will never hit the trail without it.
The Umbrella Holster allows you to keep your hands free while protecting yourself from the rain and sun with an ultralight umbrella. It easily attaches to the daisy chain on most backpack's straps. In calm weather you can keep both hands on your trekking poles, while in strong wind or driving rain you can rest one hand on the umbrella to control the angle.
The Umbrella Holster consists of a clip and an adjustable shock cord loop that attaches to your shoulder strap.
Attach the buckle above the sternum strap on your strap's daisy chain and then attach the shock cord loop at the bottom of the daisy chain.
Insert your umbrella into the clip and then cinch the shock cord tight around the umbrella’s handle.
Perfect for use with our Lotus UL Umbrella.
Shoulder Pouch
$32.95Weight 0.63 oz (18 g)Keeps your cell phone secure and handy when you need it for navigation or to take a picture. Pouch weighs next to nothing; a must for every serious hiker. I highly recommend this product.
Shoulder Pouches are the ideal place to keep your small camera or phone in reach for taking quick photos. The main compartment of the shoulder pouches are a good size for your wallet, car keys, map, headlamp, mittens, sunglasses, candy bars, pack towel, GPS, or any other items you would like to have within easy reach. The pouches carry comfortably on your shoulder, and you will hardly notice them there.
The small exterior mesh pocket can be used to store your small items like lip balm, emergency whistle, or a compass.
.75" x 54" DCF Tape Strip
$4.95Weight 0.13 oz (3.8 g)This seam tape is made with adhesive stuck to thin Dyneema® Composite Fabric as the backing material. It has a brown paper layer that peels away leaving clear adhesive stuck to a Dyneema® Composite Fabric strip. Just peel off the paper and press it smooth. No heat required.
The adhesive sticks excellently to any of our Dyneema® Composite Fabric products such as shelters, stuff sacks, or dry bags. It will also work on the inside of Ultra fabric, and other smooth laminate materials. It will not stick to any silicone coated fabrics, and won't work on well on rough surfaces like the exterior of backpacks.Zpacks Carbon Fiber Trekking Pole
$59.95Weight 7.2 oz (205 g)These things are sweet. Light as a feather, and stiff as a board. I love the additional grip down low under the handles. Adds way more versatility on steeper grades.
Don’t tackle peaks and valleys alone, always take a friend, and in this case take two! Our trekking poles are made from ultralight, ultra-strong carbon fiber, with sturdy clasp locking mechanisms. They have a foam or cork handle for a comfortable sweat free grip.
In addition to being fantastic trekking poles, they can also be used to set up all of our Plex tents excluding the Altaplex.
Bear Bagging Kit
$59.95Weight 3.2 oz (92 g)I wanted a food bag that was more flexible than a rigid bear canister that I could hang confidently and that would hold up to the elements. Hangs well, stores in backpack well, holds up well in weather and is just plain wonderful.
Keep your food safe from bears, rodents, and other woodland creatures with our ultralight Bear Bagging Kit. Featuring one of our Food Bags, a Rock Sack and 50ft of 2.0mm Z-Line Slick Cord, our Bear Bagging kit is everything you need to make sure your food is safe while you sleep.

Lumbar Pad
$24.95Weight 0.99 oz (28 g)This is one of those items that goes unnoticed when working properly. After a couple of long trail days I am happy to report it works as advertised. It’s worth the money. The thing I like most about it is it’s thick enough to shine under heavy load while remaining thin enough to go unnoticed on a light carry. It adds versatility to an already great pack. I don’t have any thoughts on how this could be improved currently.
Our Arc backpacks include a full-wrap padded belt. If you need a little extra padding in the lumbar area our detachable lumbar pad can double up the existing padding. The lumbar pad slides on and off the Arc belt as needed.
These are NOT compatible with our frameless backpacks.
Foam Sit Pad
$9.95Weight 0.95 oz (27 g)On my first backpacking trip with this item we had some very wet weather and I repeatedly found uses for this very light but super practical sit pad. It’s comfy to sit on but was also handy for kneeling on when dealing with wet gear or having a clean/dry place to put things on. Everyone in my family wants one now!!”
When it is time to stop for a meal or to relax and take in the views, our Foam Sit Pad will give you a dry, comfortable seat anywhere. This ultralight foam sit pad folds down small so that it is easy to pack. It fits nicely in the base-straps on our backpacks, or in an exterior pocket. You can pull it out on breaks to keep your butt dry and padded, or tuck it into the foot of your sleeping bag for padding under your feet at night. It is blue on one side and black on the other.
This pad is included as back padding with our Nero backpack and Sub-Nero backpacks.
Pair of Shoulder Strap Pads
$29.95Weight 0.95 oz (27 g)Excellent, Immediately noticed that the pack was more comfortable with these pads helping to hike longer.
Our Shoulder Strap Pads add extra padding to your shoulder straps right where you need it. These shoulder strap pads should be compatible with almost any backpack straps. They are made with 3/8" closed cell foam, and a layer of soft cushioning 3D mesh on the underside.
6.4" Carbon Fiber Stake
$4.50Weight 0.22 oz (6.2 g)Easy to place into all terrain. Great holding capability.
Increased surface area make these Carbon Fiber Stakes a great choice for soft terrain. Made with a Carbon Fiber shaft with a metal tip and metal end cap, these stakes have the best holding power to weight ratio of any of the stakes we carry. These stakes have an orange cord through the end to make them easy to see and easy to pull out of the ground.
The thick diameter allows them to grip the ground better than thin titanium. These are excellent in loose soil, and they have also proven to be very functional in typical dirt. On packed ground or on bedrock lay them sideways and anchor with rocks.
These are the only stakes that can reliably be carried through airport security. We have carried these stakes through US airport security a dozen times with no issues. Our experience with metal stakes is they are confiscated about half the time. Please report if you have any trouble with these.
Zpacks Lotus UL Umbrella
$44.95Weight 6.8 oz (192 g)It was great at blocking the sun and flexible in the wind. I used it for hours in a rain storm yesterday and it was so light I barely noticed I was holding it that long. I plan to bring this umbrella everywhere.
Take cover from brutal sun and intense downpours with our Lotus Ultralight Umbrella. We worked hard to develop the world's lightest backpacking umbrella. Weighing in at just 6.8 ounces it is perfect for beating the heat or helping you stay dry in a storm while still being durable enough to stand up to the abuse of a thru-hike. This umbrella will have your back rain or shine!
Add our Umbrella Holster for hands free use and our Umbrella Stuff Sack for storage.
Lightload Towel (3 pack)
$5.95Weight 0.49 oz (14 g)Lightload towels are the lightest, and most useful pack towels available. They come packed in a small cylinder, and unfold to about 12.5" x 22.5" (32 x 57 cm). They are super absorbent, and very quick drying. Imagine a name brand paper towel, except that these are cloth, reusable, hand washable, and biodegradable.
Don’t forget your towel!Colors: Miscellaneous
Stake Sack
$14.95Weight 0.12 oz (3.4 g)It’s nice to my stakes, which are always pop up and get loose from the top.
Keep your stakes organized, and protect your tent from punctures and dirt with this durable stake sack. This stake sack is constructed from extra thick 1.6 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric to prevent punctures. Fold the top down over your stakes and use the shock cord drawstring to keep them snug like a rubber band.
48" Carbon Fiber Tent Pole
$34.95Weight 2.6 oz (74 g)I've been impressed with their combination of very lightweight, excellent build quality and utility. I often use trekking poles, but when I don't these work very well. I highly recommend them.
These ultralight carbon fiber tent poles are the perfect substitute for setting up our tents if you do not use trekking poles. The 48” size works with our Plexamid (uses 1), Duplex (uses 2) and Triplex (uses 2) tents.
We also have a 32" Carbon Fiber Tent Pole for propping up the head and foot ends of your tent.
7" Super Sonic Stake
$2.50Weight 0.56 oz (16 g)Reliable, stays securely in ground. Peace of mind, especially in bad weather.
These Y-Beam stakes are the largest and strongest that we have. The 7-inch length and large diameter give them excellent holding power.
These are difficult to bend. They are strong enough to withstand being hammered or pounded with a rock, however the top end may get chewed up so we would still recommend avoiding hammering. If the ground is too firm, turn them sideways and anchor them with a rock.
These are bright blue, which makes them hard to lose. They have a cord on the end to make it easy to pull them out of the ground.
6" Sonic Stake
$2.25Weight 0.32 oz (9 g)These stakes are perfect to me : strong enough, really lightweight and the tiny string is very convenient too.
These Sonic Stakes have a "Y-Beam" shape which gives them great holding power in a small package. The three-sided design also gives them good bend resistance for an ultralight stake. The price of aluminum beats titanium or carbon.
These are bright blue, which makes them hard to lose. They have a cord on the end to make it easy to pull them out of the ground.
Never hammer ultralight stakes. While the bend resistance feels very solid, these are able to bend if you put your full weight on them. They can also be bent back reasonably well.
Sewing Repair Kit
$5.95Weight 0.35 oz (10 g)Great item to add to your repair/ditty bag/possibles kit. In a pinch the needle can be converted to a fishing hook. It could also be used for an emergency suture if you don’t have butterfly bandages or superglue to seal a laceration.
Be prepared for any mishap and keep your gear in good shape until the end of your thru-hike with this handy sewing repair kit. This kit is perfect for repairing your backpack, clothing, or any other gear items that need a touch up while on trail.
Make sure to order some repair tape for the ultimate field repair kit set up.

Zpacks Ultralight Camp Shoes
$34.95Weight 1.9 oz (53 g)The Zpacks Ultralight Camp Shoes are crafted with serious hikers and backpackers in mind. Made from durable Robic fabric and breathable lycra mesh, these shoes offer a lightweight yet protective layer that lets your feet breathe after a long day on the trail.
The thin yet resilient 4mm foam sole is designed to keep rocks, roots, and rugged terrain from disturbing your downtime, so you can enjoy those campfires and late night privy visits without the weight of traditional camp shoes or waterlogged trail runners.
Compact and collapsible, these camp shoes are lighter than sandals and as comfortable as slippers. They are as packable as they are practical, fitting snugly in even the smallest corners of your backpack. Whether you’re a dedicated thru-hiker or a weekend warrior, the days of big, clunky footwear dangling off your pack are over. Also great as a shower sandal!
These shoes are meant to be worn for short distances around camp. Not intended for hiking.
Trekking Pole Holsters (Both Sides of Pack)
$9.95Weight 0.42 oz (12 g)I love them. They work great for my trekking poles and fishing pole !!!
When the terrain levels out or you’re strolling into a trail town, trekking pole holsters are a great way to stow your trekking poles out of the way. These are convenient if you want to quickly store your poles for climbing, road walking, or other situations where you prefer to have your hands free.
This item includes two pairs of adjustable shock cord loops. Attach them to your shoulder straps and belt at each side of the backpack to temporarily hold a trekking pole at either side.
Brushtail Possum Socks
$29.95Weight 3 oz (85 g)These are absolutely the warmest socks. I take them backpacking to put on when I get into camp and they keep my feet toasty.
When the campfire just isn’t enough to keep you warm and your feet need a little extra help heating up, Brushtail Possum Socks are an ultralight must have. Made from a combination of New Zealand's brushtail possum fur, and New Zealand Merino lamb's wool, these socks are sure to keep your toes nice and toasty.
These socks are very thick and warm! They are rugged enough to hike in on cold days, and they also make excellent sleep socks. They are great for winter sports as well.
For extra warmth pair these socks with our Brushtail Possum Gloves!
*Socks are non-returnable if they have been removed from the packaging.
Tyvek Groundsheet 5' x 9'
$19.95Weight 9.2 oz (262 g)I'm always happy to lighten things up in my pack. This durable and strong sheet does just that!
Tyvek "Home Wrap" is an ideal material for ground sheets. It is waterproof, and very abrasion and puncture resistant. Tyvek is stiff, and foldable like thick paper. It will not bunch up or slide around under you like other fabrics.
Fold up the edges and tape the corners to make yourself a bathtub floor for your tarp. Cut it to size using regular scissors to make a tent footprint. It does not fray and you do not need to hem or tape the edges.
This material is white on one side, with a blue and red Tyvek logo printed on the other side.
If you're looking for a lighter and thinner option, consider our 5'x8' Nylo Pro Groundsheet. For an ultralight option with added durability, our Flat Groundsheets made from Dyneema® Composite Fabric are an excellent choice.
Zpacks Pack Cover
$79.95Weight 1.4 oz (40 g)This item is super. It is very light weight and keeps my pack dry. I am glad I purchased it with my Arc Haul 62L.
Protect your backpack from pouring rain and muddy ground with our Pack Cover. Our pack cover is an ultralight option to keep your backpack dry, including the outside pockets. It includes an elastic clip at the top, and hooks at the bottom to secure it from storm winds.
Consider a Pack Liner as an alternative, if you don't mind your outer pockets getting wet.
6.5" Red Tough Titanium Tent Stake
$2.75Weight 0.28 oz (8 g)I have used many different brands of titanium wire stakes and find these to be the best quality.
Perfect for those hikers who need a little more strength and durability. These stakes are a little longer and thicker than our 6” ultralight titanium tent stakes. They have a little more grip and are less susceptible to bending. These stakes are easier to press into packed or frozen ground compared to larger stakes. Since these are ultralight stakes, It is better to press them into the ground rather than hammering. Use rocks to anchor them in high wind.
They have a red head, which makes them harder to lose.

Large Food Bag
$49.95Weight 1.3 oz (38 g)Held 5 days of food easily. Could hold a lot more. Compacts down to size you are carrying. Love the ease of the roll top snap closure. Is so lightweight and sturdy. A simple luxury to make things flow best on trail.
Our food bags are made from thicker 1.6 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric to stand up to the abuse of bear bagging and to resist abrasion from heavy, pointy food items. The fabric is strong enough to discourage most small rodents but should still be hung out of reach over night. The “Large” size food sack can hold about 5-6 days of food.
The rectangular shape fits well in all of our backpacks, either standing vertically or sideways depending on the pack volume. The wide opening makes it easier to dig through the bag and find what you need.
This is also available as part of a Bear Bagging Kit with cord and a rock sack.

Duplex Freestanding Flex Kit
$99.95Weight 13.9 oz (394 g)This kit not only does what it should, but it actually (I would argue) does it better than many inherently-freestanding tent models.
Transform your Duplex Classic, or Duplex Pro tent into a freestanding ultralight tent for when stakes aren’t an option. Our Flex Kit is perfect for platform camping on the Overland Track or in the White Mountains, or for packed down campsites along the John Muir Trail. The poles fold up short, which is perfect for bike packing and smaller backpacks.
The Flex Kit is like owning two ultralight tents in one. Simply install the hardware and attach the lightweight Flex poles to your Duplex and you're good to go.
Now available in Ultralight Carbon Fiber, or Aluminum. Both styles have comparable flexibility, durability, and overall performance. Choose Carbon to go as light as possible, or Aluminum for a slightly shorter folded length and more economic option.*TENT NOT INCLUDED
*The Duplex Flex Kit is only compatible with our Duplex Classic, Duplex Pro, and Duplex Zip tents manufactured in 2016 or later. If you have an older tent please make sure it has 2x rings sewn at each peak or it is not compatible.

Medium Pillow Dry Bag
$54.95Weight 1.4 oz (41 g)Slept great this past weekend using it for the first time. I really like being able to control the firmness of the pillow by using the desired amount of extra clothing I’m carrying. And it’s a great waterproof stuff sack!
We merged the comfort of a pillow with the utility of a dry sack to form this Medium Pillow. Identical in size to the Medium Dry Bag, our Medium Pillow features soft micro fleece sewn to one half of the interior. Simply flip the dry bag inside out (as shown) and fill it with your spare clothes and gear to use as a pillow!

6" Ultralight Titanium Tent Stake
$2.50Weight 0.19 oz (5.4 g)Stakes worked well in a lot of different ground types. Rocky or sandy or bushes always seemed to find a way to set up my tent and they held all night. Very strong too. Haven’t bent any even though I did hit a few rocks.
These are the lightest weight stakes you can get with reasonable holding power and durability. Titanium is very light and strong for its weight, but some care should be exercised to prevent bending. Thin stakes like these are easier to press into moderately firm soil compared to thicker stakes. You will want to use rocks to weigh them down in loose soil or in windy conditions.
They have an orange head, which makes them harder to lose.
