Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping starts at $5.95 for packages under $100, or free for orders over $100 in the lower 48 states. Your order will be shipped dependent on the package weight and delivery area. Delivery times are estimated on the checkout page.
Some destinations have the option of upgrading to faster services or adding signature confirmation.
Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose our optional package protection at check out, or signature confirmation, or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.
APO Addresses
Economy shipping to APO addresses may take up to 30-45 days. USPS Priority mail may take 10-15 days.
General Delivery & UPS Access Point Restrictions
General delivery service to USPS branches can only be delivered via packages shipped through the USPS. If shipping to one of these locations, please choose the USPS Priority shipping service or risk having the package being returned to sender.
In turn, in many instances, packages shipped to UPS Access Point or Pick Up Locations can only be delivered by UPS. Please be sure to select a UPS shipping option when shipping to these locations or risk having the package being returned to sender.
Freight Forwarders and Private Mailbox Services
Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages that the tracking shows have been delivered to a freight forwarder or private mailbox service.
International Shipping
International packages are shipped via DHL Worldwide or UPS Worldwide, which normally takes 3-6 days to clear customs to most destinations, but can be up to two weeks in some circumstances. It includes end to end tracking.
Optional package protection is available at check out to provide an added level of security for international shipments.
Customs Duty Fees
Any applicable customs, duties, or VAT for international orders will be displayed in the tax line and collected at check out.
IMPORTANT - If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the fees for return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.
