It’s tough and does everything you’d want. What more is there to say? Kept my stuff dry in record breaking rains in Arkansas on Eagle Rock Loop.

Supersize your dry bag and protect your biggest pieces of gear from the elements. This size will fit a larger sleeping bag, a bunch of clothes, or any other soft bulky item. The rectangular shape fits well in all of our backpacks, either standing vertically or sideways depending on the pack volume. The wide opening makes it easier to dig through the bag and find what you need.

  • Constructed from black 1.0 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric which is inherently waterproof and abrasion resistant. By comparison our regular Stuff Sacks are made from thinner .55 oz/sqyd material.

  • Fully taped seams. Our dry bags will keep water out in typical backpacking conditions where the bag is not submerged.

  • The bags have a stiffened opening to make rolling the top down easy and secure.

  • Squeeze out the air and roll down the top to compress your gear as needed.

  • Also check out our Zip Pouches for water and abrasion protection for your smaller items like your wallet, camera, phone, passport, glasses, etc.

  • All Zpacks gear has a two year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Please see our return / warranty policy.

  • Imported.

Amazing

Super light weight durable. Worked flawless in my last backpack in the Smokies. Had plenty of rain and the goods inside stayed bone dry. I’m going to be purchasing more sizes!

The perfect size, weight and durability.

This is by far the best way to keep clothes, quilt and any other items dry, and compact. No need to worry about rips or tears in plastic or nylofume liner bags. The roll top and clasp keep everything airtight, and fits in any pack.

Large Dry Bag

This bag is even bigger than I expected, and I am well pleased. I can pack my Western Mountaineering Ultralight, Cocoon insulated pants, and Montbell down puffy, and down booties in it, roll it down, and it fits perfectly in the bottom of my pack. This saves me taking at least one extra stuff sack for the insulated items, and at only 1.06 ounces, is 5 ounces lighter than the stuff sack that came with the sleeping bag alone. If I want to switch it up, I could instead pack my Hennessy Hammock body with the Jacks-R-Better (original bottom entry) quilt attached in the bag. I might end up buying a second one for that. These bags hold up great in my experience, based on the two smaller ones I already own and have used for many trips and are still going strong. Hopefully this bag will be going along with me in 2024 on an AT thru hike, and make packing up simpler as it will keep my insulated items together as well as dry.
