Padded Belt for Frameless Backpacks
Designed specifically for use with our Nero backpacks, our detachable padded belt helps take strain off your shoulders while transferring your packs load to your hips. This allows you to push the limits of your Nero's comfortable carry range; helping you to use your frameless pack on longer excursions to the backcountry.
The detachable padded belt can be removed on trips when it is not needed.
Our Nero and Super Nero backpacks have three belt loop locations, and the padded belt can attach to any two of the loops for stability and torso height adjustment.
Our Sub-Nero or Bagger 25L backpacks are shorter and only have a single belt loop location. Both webbing attachments can be threaded through the single loops.
- These work best with our Nero and Super Nero backpacks which have three belt loop locations. They do also work with our smaller Sub Nero and Bagger packs with both attachments connected to a single belt loop location.
- Made from Black Ultra 100 fabric. Ultra fabric features a woven Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) face fabric laminated to a waterproof backing. Ultra fabric boasts extremely high abrasion and tear resistance and is the strongest fabric we offer.
- The belts feature comfy 3/8" thick padding with 3D mesh on the underside to give them a little bit more cushion, and more texture for better grip.
- Includes a daisy chain that allows you to attach our standard Belt Pouches.
- The belt is removable and can be replaced by our standard 1" Webbing Belt, or can be left home when not needed.
- The belt can be attached to the top two, or bottom two attachment points on the Nero or Super Nero backpacks to allow for a range of torso heights. Smaller packs only have one attachment point.
- The belt features "V-Style" webbing that allow the top and bottom circumference to be adjusted independently. This helps wrap your hips much more securely, and prevents the belt from sliding down.
- Helps take strain off your shoulders and transfer your packs load to your hips allowing you to push the limits of your packs comfortable carry range.

Nero V Top Strap
Our Nero V Top Strap adds additional stability when you’re carrying heavier items on the top of your backpack.
It can be used to carry a bear canister so long as the canister can squish into your gear as shown.
The Nero V Top Strap is modular and can be added or removed from your pack as necessary.
