Bagger 30L Travel Backpack
The Bagger 30L is the perfect "one bag" to take you from your flight, to the trail, to town in one compact and organized package. The dimensions are sized just right to slide under an airline seat and can even count as your free personal item on budget airlines and small planes. The 30L volume is big enough to spend a week hiking and hosteling with ultralight gear and clothing, while never worrying about checking a bag or losing sight of your valuables.
The Venom Stretch-Mesh center pocket swallows excess gear and the stretchy side pockets can hold up to 4x 1L water bottles. A convenient top pocket is perfect for quick access items like toiletries, sunglasses, or small electronics. An internal stretch-mesh sleeve is a safe place to stow a laptop, or to organize clothing. A fully zippered external sleeve against your back is a secondary spot to quickly tuck a laptop, and holds an included foam sit pad against your back for padding.

- Made from 3.3 oz/sqyd Ultra 100X fabric on the back and bottom for durability, with 2.9 oz/sqyd Ultra TenX fabric for a splash of color and weight savings on the front. Ultra fabric features a woven Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) face fabric laminated to a .75 mil waterproof backing. Ultra fabric boasts extremely high abrasion and tear resistance and is the strongest fabric we offer.
- Ultra fabric is waterproof, PFAS Free, and is not coated with DWR or other chemicals.
- 4.75 oz/sqyd Venom Stretch Mesh is made from UHMWPE fiber for rugged durability against abrasion. The center zippered pocket, side pockets, and internal pocket are all stretchy and designed to swallow your gear.
- All seams and attachment points are taped, making the pack highly water-resistant. We recommend adding dry bags or a pack liner for additional protection for important items like your clothing and sleeping bag.
- Small and streamlined design.
- The 30L volume is ideal for 2-3 day overnight backpacking trips with dialed-in base weights, or for a week or more of hosteling and exploration.

- The spacious main compartment features a stretchy laptop sleeve directly behind the front pocket, where it is easy to access. The sleeve is also handy for organizing clothing or laundry if not used for a laptop.
- A large Venom Stretch Mesh external zippered pocket can swallow a wet tent or stow loose items and snacks for the day.
- The top of the pack features a small zippered pocket, useful for tucking your phone, keys, or toiletries for quick access.
- Spacious Venom Stretch Mesh side pockets fit up to two 1L bottles each and have integrated elastic water bottle straps to keep your bottles from sliding out during travel. The pockets are positioned low on the pack and slanted forward for easy access, with drainage holes at the bottom and elastic to keep them tight at the top.
- A zippered sleeve against your back allows you to quickly remove the included sit pad for breaks, or quickly tuck a laptop out of the way behind the pad. The sleeve features comfy 3D Mesh to keep your back from getting sweaty. The closed-cell foam sit pad measures 11" x 15.5" (28 cm x 39.4 cm) and adds an additional 1 ounce to the total weight of the pack.
- Multiple styles of interchangeable shoulder straps are available to choose from. Our straps feature comfy 3/8" (1 cm) closed-cell foam padding with 3D Mesh on the bottom for airflow and cushioning. A daisy chain lets you clip on accessories, and a sternum strap can be moved up or down for a perfect fit. Load lifter straps help keep the pack secure and snug.
- A detachable 1" webbing belt, or a padded belt is optional. Belts can also be added later.
- This pack can be folded up to fit inside a 1 gallon Ziploc bag. It can easily be packed in your luggage or used as a carry-on.
- Square bottom allows the backpack to stay standing upright when set down- a convenient feature when travelling.

Sizing Guide
Torso Height:
Our 30L backpacks have a single belt attachment position at 18". Our larger backpacks have three belt positions, ranging from 18" to 22" (46 to 56 cm) to dial in the torso height. On a frameless backpack, it is nice to have the shoulder straps roughly level with the tops of your shoulders (rather than wrapping up around them) so that more weight is forced on to the webbing belt. The pack body does not extend much above your shoulders and load lifter straps are not needed.

Standard Straps Comfy 3/8" thick by 2.75" wide padded contoured shoulder straps. The straps have a daisy chain for clipping on items like our popular shoulder pouches, shoulder pouches w/ zipper, water bottle sleeves, and an adjustable position sternum strap is included. The shoulder straps have 3D mesh on the underside which gives them a little bit more cushion. |
Belt Size:
The webbing belt will fit up to around 50" circumference and can be trimmed down for smaller waists or swapped out for larger waists. To move the belt to a different position, slide off the belt buckle and back the webbing out of the backpack attachment points.
