Enhance an older model Zpacks tent, or a competitor’s tent by adding this double-hook apparatus to the doors. These custom made metal hooks are attached to either a Lineloc V adjuster depending on which size cord you wish to use. They allow you to easily unclip either tent door independently, and cinch them tight. Our current tents include these hooks.

The hooks will clip to small D-rings, or they hook nicely to loops made from 2.0 mm Z-Line Cord. Cord is not included.

Note that if your tent has doors on both sides you will need two of these, one for each pair of doors.

FlipFuel® allows you to transfer fuel from one canister to another. Consolidate partially empty canisters into one full one for longer trips, or portion off only the fuel you need into a smaller canister for shorter trips.

An efficient stove like the Soto Windmaster only uses about 1/4 ounce (7 grams) of fuel per 2-cup boil. There is no point of carrying significantly more fuel than you need for your trip!

Weigh your canisters when you first buy them and write the full-weight on the can. Then you can calculate the weight of the canister itself and know how much fuel is remaining.

Before transferring fuel, place the receiving canister in a freezer for several minutes to shrink the contents, and place the giving canister in the sun to expand the contents.

On my first backpacking trip with this item we had some very wet weather and I repeatedly found uses for this very light but super practical sit pad. Blue 4-section pads have the most compact folded size and are best if you plan to store the pad inside your backpack or tucked in an external pocket.

Gray 3-section pads are the same dimensions, but they fold vertically into a longer, skinnier packed size. This style is more rigid when used as back padding in our Nero backpacks. The longer, skinnier packed shape is also more secure when stored in base straps.
