  • Constructed from Dyneema® Composite Fabric in several choices of fabric weight.

  • The side seam is taped for strength but these should only be considered water resistant due to the draw cord opening.

  • Stuff sacks can easily be patched with Dyneema® Composite Fabric Repair Tape.

  • Also check out our Dry Bags for a slightly heavier, but more abrasion and water resistant way to protect your critical items from the elements.

  • All Zpacks gear has a two year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Please see our return / warranty policy.

  • Made in the USA.

Full / Closed Dimensions:

7" diameter by 13" tall (18 cm x 33 cm) / 520 cubic inches (8.5L)

.55 oz/sqyd Standard Dyneema® Composite Fabric

Dyneema® Composite Fabric is composed of high strength Dyneema® fiber laminated inside a polyester membrane. It is inherently waterproof and does not require any coatings or DWR treatment. Dyneema® Composite Fabric has very high tensile strength for its weight and does not stretch.

.55 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric is our lightest weight version. It has high tensile strength, but only moderate abrasion and puncture resistance due to the thin membrane material. All colors are light and semi see-through.

Available in Blue, Olive Drab, and White.

Tensile Strength:
 63 lb/in (552 N/5cm)

Puncture Strength:
1.8 lb (8 N)

Water Resistance:
 15,000 mmH₂O

Made in the USA.

.66 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric

This material choice has the same Dyneema® thread count as standard .55 oz/sqyd, but with a slightly thicker laminate that allows for a darker color or pattern to be printed on the material. The thicker laminate brings the fabric weight to .66 oz/sqyd.

Available in Camo Print.

Tensile Strength: 63 lb/in (552 N/5cm)

Puncture Strength: 1.9 lb (8.5 N)

Water Resistance: 15,000 mmH₂O

Made in the USA.

.75 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric

This version of Dyneema® Composite Fabric has a higher Dyneema® thread count which gives it an additional tear strength and abrasion resistance.

Available in Burnt Orange, Dirt, and Spruce Green.

Tensile Strength:
 104 lb/in (911 N/5cm)

Puncture Strength:
 3.1 lb (14 N)

Water Resistance:
 20,000 mmH₂O

Made in the USA.

Great DCF stuff

Bought the medium-plus to pack my EE quilt and sleeping clothes, works great. Got this in the olive drab and it is strangely lighter than my medium stuff sack in spruce green.

I really like how lightweight and rugged. I'm also confident they'll keep my gear dry.

Medium-Plus Stuff Sack

very light weight --- this will blow away if you are not paying attention --- convienent draw string -- i would buy this again -- and have may of zpack's stuff sacks and dry bags --- I have repaired 2 small holes over the years -- they are easy to repair with the tape zpack carries --- so order a bit of the repair tape -- it does not cost much -- per the light weight most of my gear is zpack now ---
