This large patch is useful for bigger reinforcements and repairs. Cut it to size, peel off the brown paper backing, then stick it where you want it.

The adhesive sticks excellently to any of our Dyneema® Composite Fabric products such as shelters, stuff sacks, or dry bags. It also sticks excellently to the interior of our Hybrid DCF backpacks and our Ultra Fabric backpacks. It sticks OK to the polyurethane coating on the interior of our Robic backpacks. It will not stick to any silicone coated fabrics..

Material:

Clear-White 1.6 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric with adhesive backing. This fabric is semi-transparent and will blend in with your gear.

Size:

6.5" x 13.5" (16.5 cm x 34.3 cm)

Repair patch

The patch was easy to apply and looks like it will be totally waterproof. I am anxious to test it in the field.

DCF patches can be used to pre-reinforce those corner tie-outs of your DCF tent

These pieces of DCF sticky-backed material are perfect to reinforce those areas of your tent that you know are going to develop microholes in the DCF due to the stretching forces applied by the guylines and flexpoles. I now apply these patches to a new tent BEFORE the microholes have a chance to develop. I created custom patterns, so that I can reinforce 2 corners from each patch. Since the patches are clear and thin, they are unnotiiceable from the outside yet the tent is immeasureably stronger.
