Great Pad + Good Service = Perfect Combination!

With about 14,000 trail miles and almost 10,000 of them during last four years I've used the NeoAir Xlite with great reliability, but when the lamination blew out during my third winter Florida Trail thru-hike, Zpacks had me a quick replacement within just a few days via general delivery at my next trail town. Even with the lamination failure I was still able to use the pad but it would have eventually grown to an unusable size so I was glad about such good service and immediate help from Zpacks! Since I do a lot of cooler weather thru-hiking I have grown to love this particular pad which gets the job done and overall is quite reliable, but do put in the time off the trail to learn how to repair it on the trail with confidence because nothing lasts forever. But if something does fail it's nice to know that Zpacks is there as a reliable lifeline!

Big Difference

Can tell they added extra thickness from the previous version(s). Major difference to the sleep. Wasn’t disappointed I did the upgrade. Not, At, All!

Comfy and quiet

I have 5 pads now, and this is the one I take with me the majority of the time unless I’m snow camping. It’s comfortable, quiet, warm and lightweight. What’s not to like? The valve-there are way better designs- this one is bulky and awkward, esp when packing for the next leg of the journey. None of my mini blowup accessories fit it exactly so you have to lay down beside it and hold on for dear life. I hope all the air gets in before you run out of battery power. No, I don’t carry the blow up sack, it’s just dumb. Overall a big thumbs up.
