A 7" inseam offers full range of motion while still providing protection and privacy.
A minimalist elastic waist band offers a comfortable fit for a range of waist sizes.
The waist band features a draw string allowing you to tighten the fit as you lose weight on the trail.
A back yoke allows the shorts to move and stretch when bending over or squatting down.
The gusseted crotch enhances your range of motion and prevents restriction when stepping up and over tall obstacles.

Cool jiking shorts
Excellent. I have a similar pair from The Trek, but love that these shorts have a zippered rear pocket. A true town pair of shorts.
Great Shorts
These are great shorts. The gusseted crotch and the stretch material make it very comfortable and easy to move in - no pinch or stress points. My 1-star deduction is for: 1) there is a “Zpacks” tag on the left side seam right where your left hand hits and rubs, why? , and 2) the draw string should be on the inside, not the outside where strings hang down (actually are there even needed?). Once again, I really like these shorts. It would be great to add another color and maybe even a shorter version.
Best shorts I’ve ever hiked in! They stretch and move with you and the waist band is so comfortable!
