Deluxe Airplane Case / Pack Cover
Built for adventures that start long before the trailhead, the Deluxe Airplane Travel Case protects your backpack through airports, busses, baggage handling, trains, and everything in between.
The clever design allows you to slip your shoulder straps and belt through zippered openings for easy carrying to and from the airport. Just tuck the straps and belt safely inside when you are ready to stow your bag. Once you arrive at your destination, the travel case keeps earning its place as a waterproof backpack cover.
From the baggage carousel to the backcountry, the Deluxe Airplane Travel Case is a versatile travel essential designed for hikers who want one piece of gear to do more. Use it to protect your pack, organize your load, shield your gear on trail, or make carrying your backpack through airports and train stations easier.
Checked bags tend to get dings and scuffs- better the case than your backpack. A few stick-on-patches are a worthy addition to your kit if flying with this ultralight case.
Innovative design allows you to slip your straps and belt through the zippered openings to wear your pack while still in the case. This is perfect for use as a pack cover when hiking in the rain or to easily carry your pack when in an airport or train station.
The Airplane Case adds protection when checking your backpack on to a plane. It has a sturdy webbing handle on the side for carrying your pack to the terminal. The handle is long so that you can keep your hand centered depending on height of the backpack.
The top of the case has a standard roll top opening, and it also has 2 small loops so that you can clip the top with a TSA approved lock, or with an included carabiner for a little extra security. The zipper openings can also be secured with included carabiners or TSA locks.
This case also doubles as a pack cover, or a pack liner! The seams are taped.
The dimensions are sized to fit over our any of our backpacks. The regular size is best if you plan to remove your bottles and other items from the exterior pockets. The XL size will fit larger packs with items in the exterior pockets, or extra gear beside the backpack.

Regular - Fits 40-60L backpacks if items are removed from the exterior pockets. The top can roll down to fit smaller packs.
XL - Fits 50-70L backpacks with items in the exterior pockets, or with additional gear beside the pack.

It is inherently waterproof and does not require any coatings or DWR treatment.
