Really glad I bought this pouch—it works with my pack’s waist belt, it’s practically weightless, and it’s the perfect size for phone, compass, map and a few snacks.

Pretty good to great utility pack depending on how much you carry

I bought this to use as a backcountry fishing kit pack. I fly fish so there’s a bunch of misc small things that I use. The thing I liked about this pack is it is it has a large flat face. So you can buy zpack attachments for additional loops. Because it’s dyneema it’s also fairly weather resistant. But that’s where my two quirks also start. I’m guessing they use two zippers to allow left or right hand opening. But that also creates a small gap between them. Which means water can get in there much more easier than if it was a single zipper with a rubber stop. The thing that impacts me the most is the belt loosens pretty easily. Probably due to it’s only 1 inch wide and I’m prob carrying more than what was intended for it. But I can see it still loosening with a smartphone and snacks bouncing around. Adding one of those elastic loops would prob help reduce this.

Supa FUPA

As a backpacker that prefers a front bum pack over hip belt pockets, I absolutely love being able to integrate the FUPA into my Zpacks Arc Haul Ultra 60 waist belt. At 1.5 liters it holds everything I need for the trail without having to take my pack off throughout the day for nutrition and essentials. 100% recommend this item!

Love my Front Utility Pack

I love this bag and use it daily. It is a great waist pouch or crossover. It can hold a 16 oz water bottle, snacks, keys and a small card wallet. I use it constantly. The outside pocket holds my phone perfectly for easy access. Buying another for my daughter for Christmas.

FUPA thumbs up!

What a difference that little accessory makes! Having essentials so easy to get to takes hiking from a stop-take-off-pack-way-too-often operation to just go-go-go!

Buyer Beware!! Defective Unit Sent Out!! Reversed buckles won't clip into backpack.

I was super stoked to get my FUPA and I tried attaching it to the side release buckles to my backpack and.... it didn't work. The buckles were male-to-male and female-to-female. The orientation of the buckles on the FUPA was reversed. This was very upsetting because the buckles are stitched into the FUPA and you can't fix it. I'm disappointed ZPacks let an item like that pass QC and how many of these have already been shipped out. I checked the photos of the product on the site and the advertising video and they are all in the correct orientation. It was this unit that was messed up so check it before you try and take it out or get passed the return/exchange period. I messaged them and tried calling but they seem to have just closed. We'll see how they handle this...
