What I love most about this sleeping pad is its light weight, and that it packs up very small. I had to send the first one back because of a leaky valve, but received a replacement very quickly. I love the new valve design - it’s very easy to use, and very efficient.

Leaky valve

I purchased the UberLite pad to save on weight. I was initially impressed with the small form factor and light weight design. However, I ended up disappointed when I went on an overnight trip and found that the pad was leaking throughout the night. Approximately every hour, I was awakened to find that the pad had deflated and would have to blow it back up over and over again throughout the night. In the morning, I discovered that it was the valve that had a small leak. I called zpacks when I returned from my trip and was told that I would need to contact Therm-a-Rest to follow their return policy. Hopefully that has a positive outcome. I’ve heard that this is a common problem now that I’ve been researching, so I don’t think I’ll be asking for a replacement UberLite. I might try the Xlite pad and see how that goes. I’ve been told that it’s a better pad for warmth and a little heavier - but not by much. If I do, I’ll leave a review for that one as well.

Love the pad, but slick

Great pad, super light, had to put a thin coating of Flex Seal on the bottom side to eliminate the pad trying to”get away”. That fixed the pad perfectly!

Excellent so far. Warmer than my previous sleep mat and lighter. It is a little of a struggle to pack into its stuff sack and being quite delicate I think it needs to be.
