We just started taking orders again for backpacks, shelters, etc. There is currently a waiting list of about 4-6 weeks. Backpack and tent orders are custom built one at a time, but not necessarily in the order received. If you need your gear by a certain date for a trip just let us know and we will make sure it arrives on time.

ZPacks accepts secure online credit card payments via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card, just complete an easy form during checkout.

Money orders are also accepted. If you intend to pay by money order, please email me first so that I can verify your order. Send money orders payable to Joseph Valesko.

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Feel free to test out your new gear on a trip or two. If you are not completely satisfied, send it back for an exchange or refund. Feedback is always welcome!!
