Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping starts at $5.95 for packages under $100, or free for orders over $100 in the lower 48 states. Your order will be shipped dependent on the package weight and delivery area. Delivery times are estimated on the checkout page.

Some destinations have the option of upgrading to faster services or adding signature confirmation.

Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose signature confirmation or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.

Freight Forwarders and Private Mailbox Services

Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages that the tracking shows have been delivered to a freight forwarder or private mailbox service.

International Shipping

International packages are shipped via DHL, which normally takes 3-6 days to clear customs to most destinations, but can be up to two weeks in some circumstances. It includes end to end tracking.

Customs Duty Fees

Any applicable custom duties or VAT for international orders will be displayed in the tax line and collected at check out.

IMPORTANT - If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the fees for return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.
